Our Policy

At Centre for Information Technology India, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality services and professional support. Our Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward.

Service Engagements

Due to the nature of our services (including but not limited to Web Design, Software Development, Cybersecurity, and Digital Marketing), a significant amount of resources are committed upon the commencement of any project.

  • No Refunds on Services Rendered: Once a project has started and work has been done, we cannot offer a refund. All sales for services are final.
  • Initial Deposits: Any initial deposits or advance payments made to secure our services are non-refundable. These deposits are used to allocate resources and begin the preliminary stages of the project.

Client Satisfaction

Our primary goal is client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to working with you to address your concerns and will make every reasonable effort to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

Exceptional Circumstances

Any exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Centre for Information Technology India.
